Set your Mood
A Mood puts a gold ring and emoji on your avatar so friends know your vibe at a glance.
Your Mood is a lightweight status. It stays fresh for 12 hours after you set it. While it's fresh, friends see a gold ring with an emoji around your avatar, and your Mood appears in the strip at the top of their Home feed.
Setting your Mood
- Pick one of four Moods: Going Out, Staying In, Going Online, or Recharging.
- Optionally add a detail, like Big Night Out, Low Key, or Grab Food, to say more about the vibe.
- Add an optional caption (up to 500 characters) and a photo.
Who sees it
Moods are friends-only. Share with everyone (all your friends) or just specific Friend Tags, and use the Friends of Friends toggle if you want a slightly wider reach. Moods can't be shared to a Group.
Friends can react and reply to your Mood from the Mood viewer.
Updating or clearing
Set, update, or clear your Mood anytime from the Mood strip or your avatar. It opens as a quick sheet, so you're never more than two taps away from changing your vibe.
