Post an Open Invite
An Open Invite is a concrete plan your friends can jump in on, with the activity, time, and place included.
Where a Feeler floats an idea, an Open Invite states a plan: "Running around the lake Saturday 7am." Anyone who sees it knows exactly what, when, and where.
What's required
- An activity.
- A start time in the future.
- A location.
Extras and audience
Like other posts, you can add notes, a link, a photo, and companions, and choose your audience: all friends, specific Friend Tags, or a Group, plus the Friends of Friends toggle.
Friends respond with reactions and replies. There's no formal RSVP for Open Invites, so the replies are where the "I'm in!" happens.
After you post
You can edit the activity, time, location, notes, audience, link, and photo, or delete the post. Open Invites stay visible as a record of the plan. You can also start an Open Invite straight from a saved Idea.
