Hangout extras: what to bring, costs, and rides
Optional sections that answer the logistics questions before anyone asks.
What to bring
Add a checklist of items with quantities (chips x2, speaker x1) so nothing gets forgotten. The organizer manages the list; guests can view it but can't claim or check off items.
Cost info
Set the currency and estimated amount, mark whether it's per person, and add a payment note, like how to split it or where to send money.
Getting there
Add transport notes and ride offers. Drivers can list how many seats they have and where they'll pick people up.
Notes and links
Everything else goes here: menus, playlists, tickets, dress codes. Add all of these sections while creating the hangout or by editing it later; editing is up to the organizer.
